What should families expect during move-in?
The team guides families through each step, including assessment, apartment selection, and coordination with the care team, helping residents feel at home from the start.
Are short-term or respite stays available?
Short-term stays may be available based on apartment availability and care needs. These stays can offer temporary support or a chance to experience the community before making a long-term decision.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on apartment type and the level of support identified through a care-based assessment. A personalized estimate can be provided after assessment.
What is the entrance or move-in fee?
Yes. A one-time community fee helps cover move-in and service setup. Unlike a buy-in, it does not include ownership or equity. It begins as a refundable reservation fee and becomes nonrefundable once the lease is signed. The amount varies by level of care.
Are there additional fees?
Additional fees may apply for optional services such as salon visits, special outings, or care beyond the selected service level.
Does [name] accept long-term care insurance?
Families should contact the team directly for the most current information about long-term care insurance and reimbursement documentation.
