Quick snacks to five courses.
How important do we think the dining program is at The Princeton? Before we open, we will have a formal restaurant name, an executive chef, class A menus, and a selection of cuisine reflecting the quality and history of Lee’s Summit.
The Restaurant (as we’ll call it until it has an amazing name) at The Princeton will feature daily specials, breakfast all day, and a variety of sandwiches, salads, sides, entrees, and desserts. The menu is designed to meet your preferences every day without becoming tiresome.
Plus, we will offer a 24-hour bistro with a variety of grab-and-go options, monthly brunches, five-course meals, and catering!

Burgers to Bourguignon
Maybe you feel like soup and a sandwich on Monday and breakfast for dinner on Tuesday. Regardless of what you crave, we are here to accommodate with a wide variety of cuisines and experiences.
Whether you would like to have lunch with your granddaughter or invite the whole band for dinner, we cater to all occasions. Reserve the private dining and set your own menu, whether it’s multiple courses or just ice cream. We’re knocking down the barriers to a good time.
What holiday is it today?
We take every opportunity to throw a party or do something special. National Waffle Day. The Super Bowl. Thanksgiving. We’re always ready to celebrate!
